BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION · LOS ANGELES

Your team is doing work a computer should be doing. Probably a lot of it.

Somebody exports a report every Monday and reformats it. Somebody sets up new hires across six systems, one at a time. Somebody reads through a few hundred emails trying to work out what still needs answering. None of it is hard. All of it is hours — and every manual step is somewhere a thing gets missed. Most of it can be built once and then stop being anybody's job.

// What We've Actually Built

Not theory. Things running in production right now.

Case · Email Reporting

Email that reports on itself

Most people don't have an email problem — they have a "what in here still needs me" problem. We connected the Microsoft Graph API to a large language model and built reporting over the top of a mailbox: what's been handled, what's still outstanding, and what needs attention now. Per-mailbox for individuals, organisation-wide for management.

Case · Management View

Reporting that arrives on its own

Management gets a view across the whole team instead of asking people for updates. Reporting lands on a schedule rather than when somebody remembers to pull it together — which removes the status meeting whose only function was finding out what happened.

Case · Integration

Systems that don't talk to each other

We connect the applications a business already runs, so a form submission creates the record, notifies the right person and files the document — instead of three people retyping the same details into three places. Most businesses buy good software and then hire humans to move data between it. That's the gap we close.

Case · Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 reporting

M365 holds a lot of useful information and surfaces almost none of it unless you go looking. Licence spend, mailbox growth, sign-in and security posture, delivered on a schedule. The usual first finding is licences being paid for that nobody is using.

Case · Onboarding

Onboarding and offboarding

A new hire means an account, mailbox, licence, group membership, drive permissions, MFA and a device. Offboarding matters more, because what gets forgotten there is access that should have been removed.

Case · Admin

The repetitive admin nobody owns

Bulk changes, scheduled cleanups, recurring exports. The jobs that are fine to do once and maddening to do every month.

// Where AI Fits

AI is very good at some of this and bad at other parts.

// How We Work

We automate what's worth automating.

Case · The Test

Not everything should be automated

Something one person does twice a year is usually cheaper left alone. The test is frequency × minutes × how badly it hurts when it's missed. We'll tell you when something isn't worth it.

Case · Process First

We map the process before automating it

Automating a broken process just makes it fail faster and more consistently. Built on tools you already pay for, before adding anything new.

Case · Ownership

You own it, we don't hold it hostage

Everything is documented and handed over. Start with one process, prove it works, expand from there.

Case · Standalone

Do we have to be a managed IT client?

No. Automation stands alone as a project and plenty of businesses start there. If you'd rather we ran the whole estate, that's managed IT. And it's remote work by nature — we already support clients on the East Coast.
